Login to Teamcenter Project From the Workplaces tab open the Product Development

Projects folder and double click on the Leucadia Project Highlight any task within the schedule Locate the box that states <click here to add tasks>, click

there, type in a task name and press enter Step 2 Collaborating

Step 1 Assigning Resources to Tasks

Double click on any task and select the Resources tab Place a check in the Highlight Overloaded Resources box Assign new team members to the task, if anyone box turns

red that person is currently overloaded Select the Resource Graph icon to view what other tasks

the resource is working on Step 2 Reviewing Resource Histograms

Within the other main window select the People tab and open the Management folder

Highlight Brett Favre, right click and select View Resource Graph

Double clicking on the individual bars will allow you reassign this task from this view

Step 1 Creating a Project from a Template

Within the Workplaces tab highlight any folder and select the New Workplace icon

Give your new project a name and then check the Use an existing Workplace template for this Workplace box

Under the Templates folder select the New Product Development Template workplace and click on Select

Click on the Next button three times and then select Finish Once your new project is created double click on it and review

what has been included
