2002 Used Car Units Bound for Kenya

Dear Customers:

We would like to remind you again that the deadline for importation of 2002 used vehicles is                               drawing near and we are inviting you to visit our website to take advantage of big savings on our                                   entire 2002 inventory.

The last shipments for 2002 units will leave Japan in early December in time for delivery of Bills                                 of Lading and documentation for customs clearance processes for the end of 2009. Kenya                         Bureau of Standards (KEBS) has directed that JEVIC will no longer accept any bookings and                           inspections (as well as any re­inspections) for 2002 year of first registration (YOR) vehicles                         beginning December 1, 2009.

All JEVIC inspections for 2002 vehicles purchased for Kenya must be completed by November                         30, 2009 and all inspection applications must be submitted to JEVIC by Nov. 23rd. We require a                               deposit to apply for JEVIC inspection and shipment so all deposits must be received before Nov.                             23rd so that IBC can make sure that the inspections are completed on time.
