Key Project Details ### has set up and commissioned a 20 MW solar photovoltaic
based power project at Gujarat using multi-crystalline photovoltaic modules
The Project site is ~ 200 km from Ahmadabad and ~ 300 km from Kandla and Bhuj
Key Equipment for the project has been sourced from reputed suppliers

Current Project Status The Project was commissioned on 26th January 2012
before the 28th January 2012 dead line stipulated by GERC.
### has received Commissioning Certificate from Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) dated February 23, 2012 that indicates the date of commissioning as 26th January, 2012.
Based on data since commissioning in Jan 2012, Average Project PLF was 19.24%
Has reached a peak of 23.1% in March 2013
In last 4 month average PLF was around 21.9% and yearly average likely to improve with efficient operations
Financials
Total Project Cost was Rs. 341 Cr. (includingcapitalized pre-operating expenses and interest cost) with Debt of Rs. 180 Cr. and Equity of Rs. 161 Cr.
Approximately 17 Cr./MW
Project was debt funded by Leading Infra Finance Company and Current Cost of Debt is around 13.5%.
Reduction of debt cost will create value in future
Based on Cost of Equity @ 13.0% & Cost of Debt @ 13.5% , Firm Value/Present Value is
approx. 315 Cr. Approx. 15.75/MW
Equity IRR is approx. 23.2%
