EVENT SCHEDULE:
8:30 – 9:45 a.m. Vendors may set up in assigned space. Food Trucks will be available to provide food and drinks during the event.
10:00 Event opens to public 3:00 Event Closes

Space Selection Exhibitor space is assigned on a first-come basis upon receipt of completed application as long as space is available. Table space is 6’ table 1 chair is provided with each registration.
Publication Vendor Ads: If you would like to place an advertisement in our Community EXPO Journal that will be distributed to attendees and homeschoolers in the Central Florida area, please submit the following: Please send us a digital copy of your company logo, business card or advertisement that will be featured in our Community EXPO Journal and/or our Community EXPO Facebook page to [email protected]
If your logo is trademarked or restricted and you don’t want it displayed, we will be happy to only list your business name. Please specify your preference.
Your Tax Deductible Receipt is available in your Vendor packet on the website.

Event Logistics: Space Criteria
All items for conducting your business must be contained on or under your table area. Overflow into the walkways presents a hazard to patrons and is not permitted.
Exhibitors should bring their own tablecloths or other decorations and all materials must comply with fire code of the State of Florida.

Nothing is to be attached to the walls. No glitter, glues, or liquids are to be used.
No liquids allowed except water within the ballroom. Coffee, sodas, and other drinks can be consumed outside of the ballroom.
Sharing of space is prohibited. Exhibitors may not hand out materials for businesses other than their own.
MISC: The entire Sanborn Center has Wi-Fi capability.
Please add the flyer to your website and other social media. Share, share, share. We have no advertising budget, so we depend on you to help spread the word.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be received via email by November 15. “No shows” will not be accepted for future events.
Florida Sale Tax Information Exhibitors are responsible for collection of and remittance of all sales tax fees.
Check In:
Exhibitor registration will take place from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Please check in with event volunteers to get your assigned table.
Set Up/Breakdown
Tables must be set up by 9:45 a.m. and remain staffed during the entire event. Please bring your own equipment for loading and unloading your supplies and materials. All exhibitors need to stop sales by 2:45 and be out of the building by 3:30.
Any exhibitor who leaves the event early, will be prohibited from participating in future events.
Load In – Load Out Please use the main Center doors.
Compliance By signing the application, the exhibitor agrees to abide by the policies as stated herein and the terms of the application.
Materials Distributed
Event organizers expect exhibitors to sell and distribute materials appropriate to our audience. Organizers reserve the right to prohibit and remove any items deemed inappropriate.
The Good Neighbor Policy should be adhered to
regarding all exhibit components: height, content, etc. All exhibitors will conduct themselves in a professional, positive and cooperative manner. We look forward to working with you.
