2-Post Updates 10,000 E10 transitions to LE10 GENERAL OVERVIEW: __________________________________________________________ Product Update A number of updates have been made to our E10 10,000lb 2-Post lift, which will now be sold as part number LE10. Updates include; Safety Lock Release System with improved performance and reduced maintenance Overhead Limit Switch – updated to electrical type micro switch Hose Routing with easy fit hose clamping Universal Column Extensions to ease installation Power Pack Mounting with easy fit bracket to ease installation

Updates, additions and discontinuance of models and accessories to product lines will occur from time-to-time as an ongoing effort to reduce complexities, improve feature sets and/or improve quality as part of our ongoing Global Lift Strategy.

Safety Lock Release System with improved performance and reduced maintenance. Safety release cables will be preassembled within a protected plastic sheathing , which guides the cable, eliminating the need for routing over pulleys. With this system the cable end connections points are easer to mount and adjust.

Overhead Limit Switch has been updated to an electrical micro switch from the PVC tube mercury switch system. Installation remains similar.

Hose Routing with easy fit hose clamping Hose clamping allows for easier handling and routing of the hydraulic hoses and eliminates potential damage and rework of crushed welded pipes from shipping or handling.



Universal Designed Column Extensions make the installation process easier. The column extension can be bolted to either column. Mounting holes have been added symmetrically, allowing for the attaching of the Hose Guide Brackets to either side of the extensions.

Thus eliminating the risk of packaging incorrect pair of welded column extensions and potential shipping damages of the previous welded mounting brackets.

Power Pack Mounting, easy mount with fast fit bracket key slots. The new mounting bracket allows for easier installer of the power unit. Bolt the power unit directly to bracket through the key hole slots. Loosely attach hardware to the motor mount, insert head of bolt into key hole, lower into slot and tighten.

Previous design had threaded studs welded to the mounting bracket. Eliminates potential damage of threaded mounting studs from being bent or broken during shipping and handling process.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION: ______________________________________________________ Product updates mentioned within this document have started and will be noticed on near future E10/LE10 2-Post models. Changes made are NOT reverse compatable to previous lift models.
