Classical Music(piano)Definition

Classical music(piano) is a piano piece that is calm and also can make you sleep such as Fur Elise by Ludwig Van Beethoven, Fantaisie impromptu by Chopin and others. Classical music(piano) is produced in the tradition of Western Liturgical and secular music. There are many classical music composer such as Johann Sebastian Bach, George Frideric Handel, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Gioachino Rossini, Felix Mendelssohn, Frederic Chopin, Richard Wagner, Giuseppe Verdi, Johannes Brahms, Georges Bizet and others.

Rhythm: is the pattern of musical movement through time

Harmony: is found on chord, it can be played along a main melody.

Beat: can measured time, beats are rhythmically organized by the time signature

Melody: is the main tune of song, melody is the main thing of music because if there is no melody the song will be not good.

Pitch: is lowness or highness that we hear in a sound

Tempo: is an Italian word at the beginning of a music piece that show how fast or how slow the music will be played.

Interpret the artwork in different forms of art

Movie: This song can be changed into a movie because behind that song there is story about that song

Story and comic: This song can be changed into story and comic because it has a story

Ludwig Van BeethovenBiography

Ludwig Van Beethoven was a German Composer and a pianist. Beethoven was born in Bonn, December 16 1770. During 22 years in Bonn, he studies with Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and his best friend Joseph Hadyn. He move to Vienna in 1778 and studies with Hadyn. He lived in Vienna until he’s dead. In March 1787 he travelled to Vienna and 2 weeks later his mom was severely ill. it was Beethoven’s 1st public performance. Beethoven died on March 26, 1827 in the age of 56 during a thunderstorm. There are many cause of Beethoven’s death such as alcoholic cirrhosis, syphilis, infectius hepatitis, Lead poisoning, sarcoidosis, Whipple’s disease. Around 1796(when he was at age 26)he began to lose his hearing. He suffered from tinnitus(ringing) in his ears and made it had to hear music. The cause of Beethoven’s deaf is unknown.

Frédéric Chopin Biography

Frederic Chopin was born in 1 March or 22 February 1810, Żelazowa Wola. Frederic Chopin was a Polish composer and Virtuoso pianist. He is a romantic composer. He grew up in Warsaw and completed his music education there. He compose many works in Warsaw before leaving to Poland in 1830 at the age of 20. Chopin only gave 30 public performance. He became a piano teacher. Most of his life, he suffered from poor health and he died at age 39 in Paris, 1849. Mostly Chopin’s work are for solo piano. Chopin’s Father was a Frenchman from Lorraine who migrated to Poland in 1787 at age 16. Chopin's first professional piano tutor, from 1816 to 1822, was the Czech Wojciech Zywny.

Fur Elise is composed by Ludwig Van Beethoven in 1810 for Beethoven’s lady who wants to marry Beethoven(Therese Malfatti) and at that time Therese Malfatti’s father doesn’t want her daughter to married with Beethoven so she married with Baron Von Drosdick.The Fur elise is a solo piano piece and written in A minor. The harmonies that are used are A minor and E major

I feel that this song can make me happy because there is happiness in this song and also can make me enthusiastic.

The material to play this music is firstly we must have a piano and piano piece sheet then we play it we feelings.

The inspiration that he get to make song is because of his deafness he tries to get rid of it.

Process of making the music

1. First Beethoven compose the piece with his condition and feeling

2. Then edit the piano sheet

3. Practice and memorize it

4. After it is perfect and memorize Beethoven perform it.

The way to make the song better is to make it a little fast and slow

There is cressendo and decressendo so it will be more interesting

Fantasie Impromptu is composed by Frederic Chopin, And it was composed in 1834. Fantaisie Impromptu is his best known piece. Fantaisie Impromptu is in C sharp minor. This pieces is similar to Beethoven’s moonlight Sonata pieces. The second movement is in D flat major.

When I listen to this song first I feel sad not happy but in the middle of the song I feel happy and enthusiastic

Chopin got his inspiration from his senior, Irish composer John Field and also Chopin got his inspiration from his feeling in his inside.

1. Compose a song with his condition

2. Edit the piano sheet

3. Practice a lot and try to memorize it

4. After it is perfect perform it to the public.
