Self-Service Portal: Functions

Request a token : The module provides ability for a user to request additional MobilePASS token. User will receive new enrolment SMS/Email once request is processed. Resync a Token : In the unlikely event of token going out of sync with the network. This module provides the ability to resync the token with the server and confirm the ability to authenticate with the token again.

This module provides the ability for a user to request a MobilePASS token.

Open your Outlook read email “Self-service Confirmation of Token Request”

Once your token request has been approved, you will receive an enrollment email / SMS. Make sure you have installed the SafeNet MobilePASS application from the App Store. Once the SafeNet MobilePASS app is installed, click the link in the SMS message to start.

The Self enrolment page is opened in your smartphone browser. Click the link to open the MobilePASS app to start activation.

The MobilePASS application starts, enter your Emirates user ID (eg. S123456), and then click Activate button.

Set a Token PIN, enter a 5 decimal character PIN.

Enter your PIN once again to confirm.

How to Resync an existing token

This module provides the ability to resync a token with the server and confirm the ability to authenticate with the token.
