DEED OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DEBT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Mark J. Sancho, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a resident of Blk 13 Lot 24, Villa Rosario Subdivision, Avancena St., Molo, Iloilo City, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, witnesseth and declare:

That I am indebted in the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php300,000.00), Philippine Currency, to Winnilyn J. Mooc, who is also of legal age, single, and a resident of Blk 13 Lot 21, Villa Rosario Subdivision, Avancena St., Molo, Iloilo City.

That I hereby promise and undertake to pay the said indebtedness unto the said Winnilyn J. Mooc a year from today, in the amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php300,000.00) with interest at the rate of _____ per centum (_____%) per annum.

Sancho with Community Tax Certificate No. 234521 issued on January 5, 2014 at Iloilo City and Drivers License No. F8-125-33265-1, and Winnilyn J. Mooc with Community Tax Certificate No. 654332 issued on January 11, 2014 at Iloilo City and Philippine Passport No. X564F895, both known to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument which they acknowledged to me to be their free and voluntary act and deed, consisting of only one (1) page, including this page in which this Acknowledgment is written, duly signed by them and their instrumental witnesses on each and every page hereof.
