SOPORTE DE 6 PROYECTORES

De cuarzo yodo de 1.500 vatios de potencia y33.100 lúmenes de flujo luminoso cada uno,fijados al soporte con tuercas autoblocantes. Gradode protección IP55 en proyectores y conexionesde caja. Opcionalmente: se pueden confeccionarotras distribuciones e intensidades de lámparas.(Halogenuro metálico 400W, vapor de sodio...).

SUPPORT FOR SIX PROJECTORS

Quartz iodine projectors with 1.500 watts powerand a flow of 33.100 lumens each, fixed to thesupport with safety nuts. IP55 protection level inprojectors and box connections. Optional: we canmanufacture another distributions and intensitiesof projectors. (400W metallic halogenide, sodiumvapour...).

SOPORTE DE MÁSTIL

Que entre otras funciones, alberga y protegela bomba hidráulica y el depósito de aceite, yque ancla en un lateral el motor eléctrico queacciona el sistema hidráulico del mástil. Paraevitar el desgaste en el giro del mástil, durante elmovimiento de izado se han colocado unoscasquillos de bronce antifricción, con lo que seconsigue que con el transcurso del tiempo no hayaholgura en el mástil.

MAST SUPPORT

Among other functions, houses and protects thehydraulic pump and the oil tank, and fasten inone lateral the electrical motor that drives allthe hydraulic system of the mast. In order toavoid the wear of the mast due to the raisingmovement, anti friction bronze bushings have beenintroduced, that as well protect against any futureclearances that could appear with use.

ARMARIO ESTANCO DE CONTROL YMANIOBRA

Queda anclado en el soporte de mástil y albergay protege en su interior los pulsadores de controly maniobra automática del mástil, el cuadro demaniobra y la manguera de conexión grupo-torre. Este armario de maniobra y control se puedebloquear con llave o cerrar manualmente mediantedos cerraduras, su grado de protección es IP66.

WATERPROOF CONTROL AND MANEUVERINGSHELTER

It is fixed to the mast support and houses andprotects in its interior the control press buttonsand the automatic maneuver of the mast, themaneuvering panel and the connection hosebetween the generator set and the tower. Thiscontrol and handling cabinet, can be locked upwith a key or be closed manually with two impactlocks. Its protection level is IP66.

Accionados por motor LOMBARDINI,IVECO o PERKINS, la gama de potencia varíadesde las 12 hasta las 34 kVA.

GENERATING SET

Fixed to the framework with safety bolts (7f).The standard generating sets that come with theseries 8000, are soundproofed and thereforeguarantee a great reduction in the level of noiseemissions. They are powered by enginesLOMBARDINI, IVECO or PERKINS ranging from12 up to 34 kVA.

KIT MOVIL

Compuesto de eje rígido, lanza articulada(opcional) (7a), enganche tipo anilla (7b),abatimiento de rueda jockey (7c) paradesplazamiento al interior de obras yguardabarros redondeados. Además incluye 4mozos extensibles con husillo (7d) para superfecta nivelación en superficies irregulares,estos mozos están protegidos por nylon en sudeslizamiento y extensión.

Para la elevación y transporte de la torre seincorpora en el chasis 4 anillas de carga (7e)perfectamente señalizadas (recomendamos lacarga con 4 bragas de 2,5 metros cada una).OPCIONALMENTE: se pueden suministrarluminosos de señalización y kit móvil paracirculación a alta velocidad.

TRAILER KIT

Comprising a rigid shaft, articulated nozzle(optional) (7a), lifting eye (7b), roundedmudguards and a hiding jockey wheel (7c) toallow its carrying into working areas. The traileralso incorporates four extensible legs (7d) for aperfect levelling when situated on irregularsurfaces, these legs are protected with nylon inits slide and extension.

For lifting and transportation purposes the trailerhas on its bodywork 4 lifting eyes (7e) (werecommend lifting it with four belts of 2.5 metreslong each) On request, there is a high speedversion including signalling lights and brakesaccording to European traffic regulations.

De 3 expansiones en aluminio extrusionadoT6 y anodizado con una capa de 15 micras. Elsistema de expansión está protegido porrascadores que confieren total estanqueidadfrente a agentes externos como polvo, agua,etc.

Alcanza automáticamente una altura total detrabajo de 8,9 m y mediante un volanteaccionado manualmente se consigue unarotación de 355º en el mástil, lo que permiteun campo de iluminación de los focos de 360º.

A TELESCOPIC MAST

A telescopic mast with 3 expansions made inextruded aluminum T6 and anodized with a15microns layer. The expansion system isprotected by scrapers that make it fully waterproofagainst any external agent such as water, dust,etc.

Reach automatically 8.9 m's total height of workand through a handwheel pulled manually gets355º of mast rotation, what permits 360 º ofspotlights illumination field.

PULSADORES DE MANIOBRA Apolo 8000

Permiten el control del mástil mediante dos simplespulsadores y realizan únicamente movimientosseguros. El pulsador superior controla el ángulode inclinación con la horizontal, permitiendo unavariación de 0º (posición horizontal) a 90º (posiciónvertical) y la elevación del mástil desde esta verticalhasta los 8,9 m de altura. El pulsador inferiorcontrola el descenso del mástil hasta la verticalmínima y la recogida del mismo.

Apolo 8000 MANEUVER PRESS BUTTONS

It allows the control of the mast through two simplebuttons and only allows safe movements of themast. The superior button controls the inclinationof the lighting tower mast, permitting a variationof 0º (horizontal position) to 90º (vertical position)and the mast raising from is vertical starting positionup to 8.9 meters. The inferior button controls the descent of the mast to the minimum verticalposition and the final inclination to 0º (horizontalposition).

Los movimientos de expansión e izadode la torre se harán a través de doscilindros de doble efecto, que ofrecenuna mayor seguridad.

En este modelo de torre, la energía setransporta a través de cables auto-retráctiles en espiral, para cuyoalojamiento se ha provisto al mástil deunos tubos de trompeta que a su vezsirven de protección cuando el mástil noestá expandido.

El mástil incorpora válvulas de seguridadanti-caida para proteger ante posiblesroturas de latiguillos. Estos latiguillos sontubos para h idráu l ica en acerobicromatado, que ofrecen una mayorseguridad frente a la corrosión y mayorresistencia a torceduras e impactos.

Tornillo de seguridad que bloquea elmástil y evita el cambio de orientación delos focos.

The expansion and lifting movements of thetower are done by two double effect cylinders,that offer the maximum safety.

In this lighting tower model, electricity goesthrough spiral self-retractile cables, whichruns inside conduits that at the same timehave a protection usage when the mast isnot expanded.

The mast also incorporates anti-fall safetyvalves to protect against any possiblebreakage of any conducts. These are tubesfor hydraulics in bichromatized steel, whichoffer a great protection against corrosion anda higher resistance against twisting andimpacts.

Lockscrew that blocks the mast and avoidthe orientation change of the projectors.
