XLS Intra Moot
Xavier Law School hosted the 1
27 March 2021. The Competition which saw around 40 teams participating across batches,
was held in a virtual mode. The
pertaining to freedom of choice in higher education as opposed to parental pressures, a
problem that is faced in general by several Indian students.
The Competition was inaugurated by Vice
Raj, S.J. on the 25th
on March 2021. Internal faculty members along with several external
Judges from various institution across India judged the rounds from preliminary to semi
final. The Final Round was judges by a three
Sambudhha Chakrabarti (Retd. Judge High Court of Calcutta), Mr. Abhiroop Muhkerjee
(Senior Assistant General Counsel of ITC Ltd.) and Dr. Shameek Sen (Assistant Professor at
WBNUJS). The winners were announce
on 27th
March 2021.

pertaining to freedom of choice in higher education as opposed to parental pressures, a
problem that is faced in general by several Indian students.
The Competition was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor of the University Rev. Dr. John Felix
on March 2021. Internal faculty members along with several external
Judges from various institution across India judged the rounds from preliminary to semi
final. The Final Round was judges by a three Bench Judges comprising of Hon’ble Justice Dr.
Sambudhha Chakrabarti (Retd. Judge High Court of Calcutta), Mr. Abhiroop Muhkerjee
(Senior Assistant General Counsel of ITC Ltd.) and Dr. Shameek Sen (Assistant Professor at
WBNUJS). The winners were announced ceremonial in the closing ceremony held virtually
