DESCRIPTION
“Cartuja” Secondary School is going to hold its First English Meeting called “English in the World” during 28th, 29th and 30th April. In this time, the work carried out by students and teachers will be displayed in an exhibition with posters, books, interesting objects belonging to the Anglo-Saxon culture, presentations and videos, musical performances, theatre, tea time and a second-hand market. The main objective of this work is to bring the Anglo-Saxon culture closer to our students so as to be able to promote a positive motivation towards the learning of the English Language.TRANSCRIPT

La Representación para los PADRES Y MADRES tendrá lugar el
martes 6 de Mayo a las 5 de la tarde.
The exhibition will be held in different rooms at the school.
1. The information about the authors, historic facts and linguistic
loan words will be displayed at the school hall.
2. Interesting objects and models with be exhibited at the school
library.
3. Power points and videos will be seen at “aula de usos
múltiples”.
4. Portobello Market will be displayed at the English classroom.
5. Performances will be held at “salón de actos”.
Performances will be carried out by the students in 1º ESO A B C
,
2º ESO A B C and 3º ESO B.
Portobello market will be handled by the students in 4º ESO.
Tea will be served by the students in 3º ESO A and 3º ESO C.
