Registration details: Participants from Registration Fees DAE and Educational institutes in India Rs. 2000/- per participant Industries and SAARC countries Rs. 3500/- per participant Foreigners USD 100 per participants The registration fee includes the workshop kit, working luncheons and coffee. The registration is open and the participants are requested to register by November 15, 2009 by filling up the registration form and paying the registration fee as applicable. Venue: The workshop will be held in AERB, Niyamak Bhavan, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai. Who Should Participate? The workshop is intended for scientists and engineers working in various areas of nuclear reactor thermal hydraulics and safety which includes design and safety studies for current and new generation reactor systems. Dissemination of the state-of-the-art thermal hydraulics and safety information on current and future generation of nuclear reactors. Promote effective interchange of thermal hydraulics and safety information among the many professional groups and organizations participating in the development and application of nuclear reactor technology. Climate: There are three seasons in Mumbai namely the humid season, the monsoon season and the spring season. The spring season from November to February is characterised by slight humidity and warm to cool weather and is generally very pleasant. Accommodation: Mumbai has several types of hotels ranging from budget one to five star. We would be helping in arranging the accommodation for participants on request.
