Title: Financial ReportingM. Com II (Accounting Specialization)

i. Introduction:This course is designed to focus on preparing, analyzing nancialstatements and developing reports thereon, for managementdecisions. The students are expected to use knowledge andunderstanding of more advanced nancial accounting, for preparingand interpreting nancial statements in context of practice.

ii. Obecti!es:To provide the students with an in-depth

knowledge of nancial reporting enabling them to:

o analyze and interpret nancial statements and prepare

nancial reports, ando submit recommendations to the management for taking

decision.iii. Outcomes:n completion of this course, students shouldbe able to: identify categories of users of nancial reports and describethe importance of nancial reporting, evaluate the uses of internationalregulatory framework, including international standards of accountingand auditing and comparative accounting systems and analysis innancial reporting, prepare group nancial statements, in accordancewith the re!uirements of the "ompanies rdinance #$%&, 'nternational
