(d) The contractual employee will not be entitled to claim any benefits for previous contractualservices rendered with the Department.

(f) 24 days Casual Leave would also be allowed to the' contractual employee during thecalander year.
(g) he contractual employee may leave the contract by giving one months notice or depositingone month remuneration.
(h) The Rogi Kalyan samities shall also have right to dispense with services by giving onemonths notice or paying one month remuneration.
(iJ In case the contractual employee remained absent from the duties, the remuneration forthe said period shall be deducted.
(j) The female contractual employee shall be entitled for maternity benefits as per theprovision of maternity benefits Act 1961.

(rn) The contractual employee shall be liable to be terminated by the Chairman of the RKSwithout giving any notice, if the contractual employee prima facie guilty of any insuborciination, moral turpitude or other misconduct or of any breach of non performance of'his/her duties.
(n) That the contractual employee shall have to submit bond amounting to Rs.4000/-(Rs. Fourthousand) only duly attested by the competent authority at the time of joining to theauthority concerned on the stamp paper of Hs.5/-
(0) However, in the event of rnarriag , either of the spouses can opt for change of block toenable serving in one of the two blocks, they are already posted in, subject to the availabilityof posts in that block.
