ORAL PRESENTATION 2nd TERM

lanning a Trip

In groups of three, you are going toplan a ten-day holiday to a countryout of the euro zone with a detaileditinerary and budget. Each studentwill be in charge of researching one

part of the trip (choose the role of economist, organiser or designer) andthen will work together to make decisions and complete the task.

There are three tasks to be done

!.  The written part (a compiled dossier containing a list of useful things to do or knowbefore you lea"e, the detailed planning for a !#-day trip, the budget, the planeticket (print screen) and the accommodation booking (print screen and fake e-mail)

$.  The oral part (remember you cannot read, so rehearse as a group at home andcome to class and speak as naturally as possible). Each student will talk abouthis%her part.

&.  The slide presentation (it can be a 'ower'oint file or any other "isual support).

  The economist you will eplain e"erything related to money and especially youare in charge of the budget, the tickets and the booking.

Timing tip: *our oral presentation will last between !+ and $# minutes. emember to rehearse

at home in front of friends%classmates. emember that at the end of your presentation there willbe some etra time in case the audience wants to ask any uestions.
