Segmented into well-defined technological sections of the engineering/manufacturing industry and services sector, a number of focused sector specific shows have been successfully organized as concurrent shows with IETF, over the years. The 19th Edition of IETF hosted around 250 exhibitors spread in an area of 25000 sqmts, generated business enquiries worth Rs 1400 crores and 25,162 business visitors visited the fair with overseas business delegations from Japan, UAE, Singapore, Iran, UK and China.

19th International Engineering & Technoloy Fair 2011 (IETF)10-12 February 2011, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India

IETF – the Flagship Event of CII since 1975 – in its long journey has achieved the status of a comprehensive international B2B event in this part of the world.

Segmented into well-defined technological sections of the engineering/manufacturing industry and services sector, a number of focused sector specific shows have been successfully organized as concurrent shows with IETF, over the years.

The 19th Edition of IETF hosted around 250 exhibitors spread in an area of 25000 sqmts, generated business enquiries worth Rs 1400 crores and 25,162 business visitors visited the fair with overseas business delegations from Japan, UAE, Singapore, Iran, UK and China.

IETF 2011 featured focused concurrent shows :

IETF Global

IETF Global featured Japan as Partner Country, UAE as Focus Country and participation from China, France, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Slovak Republic, South Africa, Spain, UK, Canada, South Korea, Taiwan, Russia and Romania showcasing business potential across industry sectors in order to highlight country specific opportunities on the globe.

Eco-Products International Fair

This concurrent show focussed on Eco Products, Renewable Energy, Bio mass, Bio Fuels, new and alternate Fuels with the theme of Green Productivity for sustainable Energy & Environment, organized in partnership Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Tokyo, National Productivity Council (NPC) with the support and guidance of Department of industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.

environmentally sound technologies that can help to adapt and minimize climate change.

Inclusive Integrated Solid Waste Management

The event focused on information exchange for solutions, effective waste management strategies, innovative technologies, enhanced public-private partnerships, modern waste management infrastructure and waste minimization. The fair worked an unique platform for regional and international organisations to showcase the latest in waste management related technologies, products and services.

The Manufacturing pavilion at IETF 2011 brought together a diverse cross section of stake holders in the Manufacturing industry with a focus on Automation and Instrumentation,Technovision & Innovation and Welding.

Water India 2011

Water India 2011 focussed on areas where there is a need for better Infrastructure and management concerning issues regarding Water with an emphasis on standardization of equipments/systems in this sector as well as quality testing laboratories and their rating.

Partmart & Autocare

This concurrent show focused on Automotive Maintenance/care, automotive services, Spare parts and replacement products, Aftermarket products and Ancillary. Asli Naqli show created awareness on usage of genuine parts.

Stainless Steel Pavilion

This pavilion focused on emerging uses of stainless steel and its applications and provide ample opportunity for the downstream industries to set up businesses with new levels of technical sophistication in the Indian Market.

The 19th edition of IETF, was inaugurated by Mr Anand Sharma, Union Minister for Commerce & Industry, Government of India.

Inaugurating the nineteenth edition of the three day fair, Mr Sharma said “the fair provides a platform for a wide range of business opportunities by showcasing technological strength in different sectors of the economy as well as state of the art environment friendly technologies and products”.
