concern were dealing with the stress of the custody issu

ex-husband, Hal. Claudine also requested parenting sher daughter, Ricki.

I have observed Rikki Domln-owski during her individual therapy sessions here at The Center for Coun

approximately one year. During this time period, Rikki be a well adjusted, happy child. She adapted to her sand would f req uently leav e her mother' s side and ex plore

One time when Claudine was crying about Rikki having t; ; 3 week, Rikki climbed up in h er mother's l ap a nd w ip ed h etears with a kleenex. Claudine is a loving, conscientioto her daughter Rikki. Her daughter's welfare is her concern.

Af ter the ruling from the court that Rikki shouldfather for one week out of each month, Rikki seemed
