 As I stated elsewhere in my web, I was fi rst awakened from my MKULTRA "sleep" in late spring of 1995, and I begantrying to expose the NSA Devil Worshiper (and Communist agent) from Lake County, Helen Miller (The Witch aka TheSnake Lady) and her possession of the Missing Crown o f Liechtenstein on her God damn witch 's altar.

In other words, my MKULTRA " programming" was triggered in 1995, and I've been trying to get the Feds to deliver some long overdue just ice for the many crimes of that NSA Devil Worshiper The Witch, later aka The Snake Lady,

including her using the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein on her God damn witch's altar.

The Communist agent part is no t my opinion either, it is a fact that was known to a faction of the Detroit Mafia in 1980and it was known to DIA. Sorry I can't tell you who f rom Detroit, I have a memory problem regarding that, it's the darndething, I just can't recall what they looked like, names, nada.

 At the time in 1995 when my memory was fi rs t tr iggered, I was in a "layer" and my memory (and me) h

not recovered completely. To say the least. And I was being assaulted with the tools that the NSA was using on their Organized Stalking v ictims during that time period, before anyone had even heard of Organized Stalking of TargetedIndividuals.

My first attempts to expose the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein in 1995 were through the FBChicago office on Dearborn.

The FBI did nothing . Twice. I got the same agent both times when I stepped up to their glass window and asked to s

an agent. What a coincidence and No I am not making this shit up. The agent told me that they would be in touch, tooknotes on my story and info, like exactly who had the Missing Crown and where it sti ll was at that time in 1995. The agenalso took my name, DOB, address, phone, but of course the only result of all that was an increase in the stalking of me

Twice. No follow up, and the second time he pretended he didn't talk to me the first time, so I played along. Noinvestigation at all, probably a result of taking their cues from NSA, or maybe he was an NSA agent. So after the FBI blew me off and the stalkings increased, I then made severalcalls to Liechtenstein in late July and early August of 1995. Here is a scan of aphone bill of mine from 1995:

The number that I had a 5 minute conversation with belongs to the Catholic Church in VaduzLiechtenstein's capital.

Before I made those calls, I went to the Swiss Embassy in Chicago because they were handling Liechtenstein'sdiplomatic relations wi th the United States at that time. Those people at the Swiss Embassy were rude and didn't wantany part of what I was trying to tell them, and they would not convey a written message to Liechtenstein about their Missing Crown either. They gave me a phone book for Liechtenstein to look at in their lobby, told me to hurry up becauthey wanted lunch, and I'd have to go call from somewhere else. Liechtenstein started handling their own diplomaticrelations wi th the U.S. in 1997.

Regarding the phone calls and other developments:

 At the time of those cal ls , I resided in River Grove, Il lino is . I was rent ing an apartment f rom one o f the Milano famil iesTwo brothers and their wives occupied two apartments in the building. A cousin of the Milanos, Guiseppe Arato, lived ithe apartment above mine. And another cousin o f theirs lived in the basement apartment across from mine. They are a

all related to the Butera family of Chicago, the same that own the Butera grocery sto re chain.

I know for a fact they are connected, plus their " Family affiliation" was common knowledge to the Chicago PoliceDepartment at that time. I also know that Joe used to travel back and forth to New York a lot, he started doing that befohe bought his own house.

I had moved for a new job f rom an apartment in Wheeling to a motel room in Franklin Park in February 1993. Theapartment I rented in River Grove from this family was the only apartment I could get after 2 weeks of apartment huntinEverything else I called either told me the place was already rented, or they blew off my viewing appointment. tapes of hacked up - spliced together words, and they were circulating those phony "recordings" to several places. Or sI was told. Part of an Organized Stalking of me.

In 1995, both Milano brothers bought themselves houses and moved out from the building while I was trying to expoThe Witch and her having The Missing Crown of L iechtenstein on her God damn altar. Guiseppe Arato, who lived in theapartment above me, had befriended me, and I did not suspect that he was invo lved in any of the things that werehappening to me. Then Arato and his wife also bought a house, and they moved.

Elsewhere I have mentioned that I had a long time friend who's b rother was work ing fo r DIA as a civili an scientist, wi ttop security clearance. Another friend of mine was yet another brother of theirs. We all used to meet up at my apartmenevery week.

When things first started going wrong in my life in 1995, those two kept insisting that my friend Arato was " setting mup" and was involved in what was happening. They also insisted it was a group called The Sicilian Black Hand, I waseven provided with a photocopy of an article about The Black Hand. I did not believe them that my friend Arato wasinvolved. Then one of my Mexican friends told me in 1996 that someone named Arato had been around, with a badge nless. That sort of changed my mind about him not being involved.

The illegal spliced together "recordings" started before the Milanos and Arato moved out of the building, that's just afact.

One day my new upstairs neighbors (who took over Arato's apartment) and myself suddenly

developed an odd problem with our phones.

Our phone lines had been physically crossed in the basement of the building. The buildingwas always secured, so the perpetrator had to be someone with access to the build ing.

I'm sure that the wires didn't come to life and cross themselves.

When my neighbor told me what the problem had been, I asked her to call the phone company and request that letterwhich was faxed to our local Currency Exchange. I picked up that letter at the Currency Exchange since I was the one

who wanted it in the first place.

It looks like Arato was responsible for the illegal wiretaps and phony recordings. I theorize that Arato (or whoever installed the illegal wiretap) forgot to disconnect the illegal wire tap when he moved, then came back later to remove thillegal wire tap but sc rewed up the phone lines when the illegal wiretap was removed.

I think that makes sense. However, there is also the possibility that someone wanted to make it look like there was aproblem with Arato and his relatives, or to create one. I'll elaborate on that further on.

I stick to facts as I know them, something like that (a theory of mine) I will so state that it is only theory needingconfirmation.

My Grandmother had a conversation with a mystery woman who answered my phone line after the answering machinbegan recording. So it had to be a wiretap ahead of the answering machine. There's an audio file after the graphic below

The answering machine was designed so that if a call came in, I could screen the call. IF themachine answered the call, I could overhear the caller's message, then decide if I wanted to

pick up the receiver or let the machine take the call.

BUT If the handset was picked up dur ing the recording, the answering machine automaticallyturned itself off the moment the handset was picked up. No options there.

The recording below was captured by my answering machine in 1995. The only way thecaptured conversation could have been recorded was if someone was tapped into my phoneline ahead of my answering machine.

Grandma vs. Mystery Woman Wiretap 1995 (1m36s): 

The mystery woman on the call is not anyone I knew, and besides that fact, no one would

have been in my apartment whi le I was out anyway.

When I eventually arrived at my Grandmother's house that day, she told me some lady had answered my phone. Whegot home, I found the call captured on my answering machine. I took the tape somewhere safe, where it miraculouslysurvived all these years.

was sick for almost a year.

I couldn't even eat crackers and 7up. I had terrible pain no matter what I tried to eat, diarrhea that was so painful I wobe drenched in my own sweat by the time I got off the toilet. I couldn't bend over due to a sharp pain on my right side, athe front of my body was very tender to touch. I couldn't even work. I lost about 60 pounds, I weighed only 118 pounds one point. The illness cost me about $10,000 - my entire savings was wiped ou t.

In the fall of 1995 a specialist finally got me some relief with medications . Once I was able to eat a little bit again, Istarted to have some odd sensations after eating, so at one point I put a chain and lock on my refrigerator when I begato suspect someone was doing something to my food. Although this was 17 years ago, people tend to remember thing

like that when reminded. There were people who saw the chain on my refrigerator and knew why I put it there.

I don't have any paper evidence, the reason for that is explained further down the page (a personal traitor stole myproperty). However, I had an individual Blue Cross & Blue Shield health insurance plan so there are probably recordssomewhere, plus I remember which doctors and specialist I saw, and which hospital I had tests done at. ResurrectionHospital on Talcott. Walgreens probably has prescription records too.

In 1996 while I was living in Minneapolis, I was given a prescription fo r the powerful antibiot ic Cefzil, for another illneI was plagued by one illness after another starting w ithin a week of my arrival in Minneapolis. The digestive problems Ihad been suffering from were cured by the Cefzil.

The gastroenterologist (Dr. Grande) I had been seeing in Illinois had eventually made a diagnosis of Irritable BowelSyndrome (IBS). I was supposed to take a medication daily that affected the electrical signals to the intestines, andanother medication. The smooth muscles in the intestines react instantaneously through the process of gap junctions.electrical charge goes through the gap junctions of the muscle, which allows the muscle to react in unison of itself. Allthe smooth muscle cells are controlled by the autonomic nervous system.

I only had partial relief wi th that treatment, I still had pain and diarrhea and couldn't eat many things that I like. TheCefzil that I received in Minneapolis killed whatever was living in my digestive system and I never needed those digestimedications again. Cefzil does not cure Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but it does kill just about every microbe in your bodyInitially the gastroenterologist suspected an intestinal parasite, but he ruled it out when I told h im that I had not been oof the country. So there was never any diagnostic testing for intestinal parasites.

So in other words, if not fo r the Cefzil, I would have been on those digestive medications all these years, and I probabwould have had some of my guts removed surgically by now, and that's if I would have even survived all these years wthose digestive problems.

It's worse than a shame that the so called investigators are only focused on how to stop meand continue their cover ups.

My parents were renting an apartment in Norridge when my Mother was pregnant with me.
