5th NationalPhilatelic Exhibition

The fifth National Philatelic Exhibition being held at Sevastopil,Crimea. The exhibition ran from April 28th to May 3rd, 1998. A stampwith attached label was issued. The stamp shows the Ukrainian navalfrigate "Hetman Sahaidachnyj" stationed in Sevastopil. The label showsan ancient maritime vessel sailing past the Monument for SunkenShips. The picture of the Exhibition Hall is shown as a stamp in theinset of the label.
