We offer a complete package of site services including installation works, commissioning and maintenance of cathodic protection systems. Manufacturing & Procurement

Cathodic Protection Systems
Our NACE/ICorr (ISO 15257) qualified engineers will work with you to design and project manage an appropriate, cost-effective CP solution. From detailed preliminary discussions our engineers will be on hand to support your team every step of the way. From initial proposals, throughout the design, supply and installation phases, to final commissioning and after sales support. Working to your brief and internationally recognised standards, we will ensure the end-result meets and exceeds expectations.

Anti-Fouling Systems
Our own anti-fouling department takes responsibility for design, manufacture, supply, and commissioning of Cuprion® marine anti-fouling systems. Each system is custom designed, considering client requirements such as water flow rate, duty cycle, pump maintenance interval and intake geometry. This ensures full anti-fouling protection between scheduled pump overhauls.
Transformer Rectifiers
For 35 years we’ve manufactured custom designed transformer rectifiers, earning an unrivalled reputation for reliability and quality. We were one of the first to develop a remote monitoring and control (RMCS) system for CP rectifiers. Our software engineers provide intuitive RMCS systems which can integrate with client DCS or SCADA systems. With attractive pricing and significant benefits, most clients choose CPCL’s RMCS system for their TRUstTM transformer rectifiers.
Monitoring Solutions
We work together with partners who are leading providers in cathodic protection and integrity management. As well as remote monitoring and control for CP systems we offer control of pressure for water and gas pipeline networks, and monitoring of gas odorant. All hardware and software solutions are supported through our dedicated team.
