by their Geneva Ot'^ijo to enquire into the alleged persecutions

of Koretskys agents, tell me that they only know of

.fjreta y by reputation. They further point out that the

Statutes of the International Red Irosa make it obligatory

for ICoretsky to pay them a visit. Thus, in my opinion the

first thing to be dona Is to send a new vhief. Thera is- no

doubt that the present 3ulgarian f'-overnment are in favour of

repatriation but I am afraid :.hat certain persons connected

with the work o !’ repatriation have meddled in political

affairs, thus disore ifcing the Ped Oroas, preventing repatria­

tion und calling farth retaliation on the part of the

Bulgarian Authorities.

If a new man who can be made to realise the delicacy

become normal.
