3. Purchaser may designate any person of his choice as beneficiary to all of his rights under this contract,such designation tp be by written authorization to Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc.

5. No withdrawa l of such de posits or accumu lated interest thereon shalbe made except as set out in this Contract or in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Texas Depart-ment of Banking relating to cancellation of Contracts such as this.

6. Purchser agrees that all interest that may accumulate on the principal amount of all funds collectedunder this Contract whether the Contract is performed in full or cancelled by Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc. orPurchaser. Under the provisions of this Contract or in accordance with the rules and regulations of the TexasDepartment pt Banking shall be paid to Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc.

7. In the event that the full amount provided for under this Contract is not paid by Purchaser in accordancewith its terms, Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc., at its option, shall be relieved of the obligation to deliver theabove described merchandise and/or services exactly as specified in this Contract at an undetermined futuredate but Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc. shall deliver such merchandise and/or services as possible consider-ing prices and costs prevailing at the time the funds are to be used for funeral ben efits.

8. The agreement shall be valid and binding only when accepted by a duly authorized officer of Shannon'sFuneral Chapels, Inc.

9. It is agreed that this Contract contains the complete understanding and agreement between Shannon'sFuneral Chapels, Inc. and Purchaser and cannot be modified except by written supplement. This Contract shallbe binding upon the successors, assigns, beneficiaries, heirs and legal representatives of the Purchaser andShannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc.

10. No assignment or transfer of this Contract shall be valid without the written approval of Shannon'sFuneral Chapels, Inc.
