High Availability, Backup and Restore


High Availability

Application tier built for the cloud with multi-tenant infrastructure

Prepared by an external auditor, the SOC reports are made available upon request under a Non Disclosure Agreement

The SLA is on uptime availability of the service

Content Backup is specified in the PA SD under Section 5.6
