COMPANY, BRIEF HISTORY

Year 2001 Company Founded

YATIN Sanitary Ware Co., Limited was formed 18th July 2001 establishing its headquarters.

Sales immediately rose to an enviable export business valued USD$300,000 in the first year of operation.

Year 2006 iF design Award

A testament to continuous self-improvement, the company surpasses its achievements once again creating a new level in the design-field of (IPB) International Bathroom Products.

On the 27th November 2006 the POWER tap, designed inhouse was awarded the German iF Product Design Award 2007

The German iF award spans multiple disciplines, has more than 5,500 entries from around 59 nations every year.

Year 2012 cUPC, WELS, Watermark

All products are tested by international testing organisation IAPMO to obtain related certification for North American Market including CUPC NSF61, AB1953

Subsequently Yatin has achieved certification in all countries and territories for which products are manufactured including WaterSense, CEC, WELS, ADA and Watermark.

Year 2015 ISH Worldwide Expo

The second time we have attended the ISH Expo, the difference being the size of our booth is approximately 7 times the original.

A testament to the phenomenal growth of our company is also the fact we now compete primarily on an international level.

OVERVIEW, PRODUCTION PROCESS

CASTING

Raw brass ingots are melted in the furnace at over 1,000 ℃.

Supplemented by Italian IMR gravity casting machines, the shape of the bathroom tap body is unparalleled in quality and construction.

MACHINING

All our tapware is put through numerous machining operations to achieve the required finish.

In all, over 32 machining operations are required for bigger faucet bodies using computer controlled rotary machining centre.

With the proper equipment, a single component can be produced in moments.

POLISHING

The rough machined parts are polished by hand, to ensure that all surfaces have perfect shine.

All manual polished parts are visually checked for surface imperfections, which are removed by sanding to have the parts finished to the highest degree of smoothness and finish.

PLATING

First a base coating of electroplated nickel is applied on the tapware, followed by a thin coating of electroplated chromium.

The whole process is deposited from over 30 plating baths containing certain additives that improve corrosion resistance and durable shining chrome.

ASSEMBLING

This process takes place on rotary assembly machines, which are precisely computer controlled.

More than 20 parts stored in bins will be put together by manual and automated processes.

After final assembly, every tap is pressure tested with air and water for leaks and tested for durability.

KEROX ceramic disc cartridge, a lifetime of maintenance-free operation, offers a smooth feel and reliable operation.

It surpasses conventional durability standards to withstand the toughest conditions, including hard water.

An aesthetic setting with all taps is given the finishing touch by a perfect water stream. this is guaranteed by the model, CASCADE®, from market leader, NEOPERL.

MULTI-CHOICE ROUGH IN

Once the Multi-Choice rough-in is installed, future shower function upgrades or style changes can easily be made without altering the plumbing behind the wall.

Brass trim plate constructed of brass material, ensuring durability and providing aesthetic appeal.
