1. Tell us about yourself?Usually this question is the opener, so do notspend too much time to it.

2. What do you know about us?When this question was issued, you are expected to discuss the products or services, income, reputation, community views,

target problems, management style , history,and philosophy of the company. Do not act like you know everything about the company

3. What can you give to us (the others can notgive)?A performance-and achievement levels of career that you have achieved.

4. What is the most interesting to you from this job? And what isnot the most interesting?

5. Why should we recruit you?

6. What are you looking for in a job?Provide a range of opportunity in the organization.

Tell the interviewer that you want to contribute. Avoid answers that discuss personal financialstability.

7. According to you, what is the definition of the position you want?Give a short range and on the tasks and obligations.Make sure that you understand the position before you want to reply.

8. How long do you need to contribute yourself?Give a realistic answer. Tell interviewer that althoughYou will try to overcome all the expectations and challenges of the dayfirst, you need about six months to really understandcompanies and organizations.

9. How long will you be with us?Please tell the interviewer that you are interested in career withthe company but you still want to achieve challengewith the target.

10. From your resume, we feel you are too experienced tothis position. How do you think?This question traps. You are expected to remain humble, butconfident with your ability.

 panic. Say that you are ready to accept any risk to get their work that is suitable for you.

13. On your previous job, what was with you? Andwhat was not?Be careful in answering questions and tell positive matters. Describe the more things that youlike rather than the thingsYou do not like. Do not mention personal problems.

14. What is your opinion about your previous boss?This is also a question that you need to answer carefully.

15. Why do not you get a better job at your age?Again, this question can be a pitfall. Tell interviewer that this is the reason you find the job in the company. Do not be defensive.

16. What is the salary that you requested?This question is inviting, but make sure you mention the number that you believe is a reasonable salary or ask the interviewer on a range of similar jobs.
