%o!!issioning Progra! &%P' that involves the revie( an" verification of constr$ction an"renovation ro)ects to ens$re all asects !eet the q$ality stan"ar"s set by the University.

.* The $ality %o!!issioning Progra! is a co!rehensive rocess that starts at the re+"esign

hase an" contin$es thro$gh the ost constr$ction hase. Re+co!!issioning of theco!!issione" installations is erfor!e" every 5 years. ,or this reason- the initial co!!issioningrocess an" the res$lting "oc$!entation is critical to ens$re that co!lete an" acc$rate re+co!!issioning can tae lace in the follo(ing years.

./ Un"er this contract all electrical syste!s shall be f$lly co!!issione" for co!liance to the "esign"oc$!entation an" secifie" erfor!ance. Doc$!entation for!s shall be reare" an" beco!lete" for each syste! an" iece of eq$i!ent. Satisfactory eq$i!ent verification an"erfor!ance for!s shall be s$b!itte" (hen (or is co!lete an" they (ill be signe" off by theUniversity of Manitoba (hen accete". Sa!le "ata sheets are attache" (hich rovi"ereresentative infor!ation sheets for electrical ite!s.

.0 Commissioning Schedueshall be reare" an" be s$b!itte" for aroval (ithin 92 calen"ar"ays of contract a(ar". This sche"$le shall cover all co!!issioning hases an" rovi"e ati!eline- !ilestones- an" "efine oints of resonsibility.

.5 ll eq$i!ent s$lie" to this ro)ect (ill be chece" rior to installation to ens$re that the"elivere" ro"$ct is as secifie" before it can be release" for installation. n E!ui"men# $o%mshall be reare"- co!lete"- an" be s$b!itte" for each iece of eq$i!ent (hen fo$n" to besatisfactory.
