Message from the President Recently, several members have expressed concern regarding the number of non- clubtournaments that have taken our social bowling times. Those of us responsible for schedulingtournaments are very aware of this problem and will do our best to avoid it in 2017. Ourclubhouse,greens,hospitalityandvolunteersmakeusamuchsoughtaftervenue. Thisyearwemayhaveacceptedmorethanourfairshare.Wealso recognizeaneed to promoteNHLBC to thebowlingcommunityand the general public.Thus,wewillhosttheBowlsUSANationalChampionshipin2017andtentativelybeinvolvedinthe2018USOpenChampionship.Alltobedonewithaneyetoprotectingoursocialbowlingtimes.Bob Carpenter
