    Conclusions

    - Matching filler metals for Super 304H have been develope dand qualified.

    - Welding with overmatching filler metal Thermanit 617 isapproved for DMV 310N, 347H FG and Super 304H, but care h as tobe taken regarding different thermal expansion coefficients .

    - Creep rupture tests of weldments are completed or running.

Tests are running up to > 30.000h.

    welding of alloys 230, 263, 617mod. and 740

developing of matching filler metals for 310N

    welding of dissimilar alloys

    Most important issue:

testing the creep rupture properties of the mentionedfiller metals in long term tests
