REGULATIONS FESTIVAL TERRAIN CURIOUS U 1 On the festival terrain the Dutch law applies. Violation of the internal and legal regulations may result in you being denied access to or being removed from the terrain. 2 It is not allowed to bring food and drinks onto the festival terrain. 3 Alcohol will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18. Anyone over the age of 18 is not allowed to buy alcohol for a minor. In case of doubt the organization will ask you to show your ID. 4 You can be searched both at the entrance as well as on the event terrain. 5 It is strictly forbidden to bring glassware, bottles, cans, fireworks, spray cans, umbrellas, sharp objects, weapons (or something that looks like a weapon) and/or other illegal objects onto the terrain. Confiscated goods will be destroyed. 6 It is strictly forbidden to sell, use and/or trade soft drugs and hard drugs. In case of violation the police will be notified. 7 On the festival terrain daily social norms and values apply. Threats, assault, discrimination, (sexual) intimidation and other offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. 8 With regard to your own safety and that of your fellow visitor you are obliged to follow the instructions given by members of security or the organization at all times. 9 If you are proven to be responsible for pollution of the terrain or of causing damage to materials or the festival terrain you will be denied access to the terrain. Any damages will be recovered from you. 10 Without written consent of the organization it is not allowed to make recordings using professional audio and/or video equipment. 11 By entering the terrain you consent to the fact that you can be captured on audio and video carriers. These images may be made public. You cannot derive any rights from this. 12 Entering the festival terrain is at your own risk. The organization can in no way be held responsible for any injury or material or immaterial damage to the personal property of visitors. 13 HAVE FUN! REGULATIONS FESTIVAL TERRAIN
