I am providing you with a courtesy copy of a petition being filed today on behalf of the Kahuna of the Temple of Lono that seeks a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary and Permanent Injunctions addressing the restrictions placed on those engaged in spiritual practice on Mauna a Wkea. I am frankly shocked that any State official would consider the restrictions constitutional. Sincerely,
