If you treat your business as a serious full-time
business, put in the effort and commit to its success, it will become a serious,
full-time business.
2. DO SOMETHING TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS EVERYDAY
Everyday, no matter what, make sure you are doing
something to further your business. No business
becomes successful without daily focus and
action
3. LEAD BY EXAMPLE
A leader can shape his followers best by showing
them the way forward rather than telling them
about it.In other word, you don’t
lead by lip service, you lead by example.
4. WORK WITH THE WORKERS
Support your workers closely, and train them
to do the things you do so that you are
creating duplication and maximum
leverage.
5. YOU SUCCEED ONLY IF THEY
SUCCEED
Start by opening up good lines of
communication with all your clients and
workers. This is a major way of teaching them how to succeed.
6. YOU MAKE IT HAPPEN, NO ONE
ELSE
No one else can make you successful. It’s all up to you. You are the
“master of your destiny” and
responsible for your own success. Period!
7. LEADERS ARE READERS
Everything you need for your better future and
success has already been written. Go out and get it and read it. It’s one of the easiest ways to climb the
ladder of success.

A valid plan for success must include not just goals,

Goals are vital, but you must also have a plan to achieve your goals, and it must be
realistic.

There will never be a “Perfect” time. Start now, with whatever you have. The tools you need will
come to you as you work towards your goals.

You cannot become successful in anything when you’re
trying to do too many things at once. As they say, chase
two rabbits and you’ll catch none!
Success demands singleness of purpose.
13. DON’T QUIT
The only way to fail is to quit. So many people quit just as they are ready to break through. Don’t be that person mining deep into a mountainside, then walking away mere inches away from striking gold.

As one of my slogan says, aim high, and dream big! Small
desires produces small results, just as a small fire produces
little heat.When you think big your
results are big and never be a negative thinker.
15. PERSIST UNTIL YOU WIN
Building a successful business will require persistence and
determination. Though many would like you to believe
otherwise (including most of your competitors), there’s simply no such thing as “get rich quick”.
Failure is the path of least persistence.
