* * 2018-2019 PHASE IN SCHEDULE * * Young children need time to transition back to a full day school program after the long summer vacation. With their specific needs in mind, the teachers have thoughtfully arranged the following Phase-In Schedules to help ease your child’s transition back to school:

STUDENTS IN THE MONTESSORI CLASSROOM

(Both Half-Day and Full-Day) * Please note: No lunch needed the first week.

Wednesday, August 29th *

Open House from 8:10am – 11:15am. Parents can stop in with their student for about 30 minutes any time between 8:10am and 11:15am. Optional Parent Teacher Conferences from 12-3pm. Mandatory Parent Meeting & Curriculum Night at 6:30pm.

Thursday, August 30th *

Students with last names A thru J only. 8:10am - 11:15am. Select students will have a chance to transition into the classroom, allowing more one-on-one time with the teachers. Optional Parent Teacher Conferences from 12-3pm.

Friday, September 1st *

Students with last names K thru Z only. 8:10am - 11:15am. Select students will have a chance to transition into the classroom, allowing more one-on-one time with the teachers. Optional Parent Teacher Conferences from 12-3pm.

September 4th – 7th

Preschool Montessori Students. 8:10am - 12:10pm. We will continue with a modified half-day schedule this week to allow preschool students time to adjust to the school schedule. Student will stay thru lunch with pickup at 12:10pm.

Montessori Kinder Students. 8:10am – 3:05pm (2:05pm Wednesday). Only the Montessori Kindergarten students will be on their regular full-day schedule this week. Note: Next week, full-day preschool students will begin staying until 3:05pm (2:05pm Wednesday).

STUDENTS IN THE ELEMENTARY CLASSROOMS

Wednesday, August 29th *

All Elementary Students: 8:10am - 11:15am. Half-day schedule for all elementary students to help the transition back to school. Optional Parent Teacher Conferences from 12-3pm. Mandatory Parent Meeting & Curriculum Night at 6:30pm.

Thursday, August 30th

All Elementary Students: 8:10am – 3:05pm. All elementary students will be on a regular full-day schedule from this point on.
