Gender Pay Gap Reporting Information (July 2019) This is now the third data set Adare has published on Gender Pay Gap (GPG) findings and we are pleased to be able to report that our median pay gap between males and females has fallen for the second year running and is now at 3.3%, which is significantly lower than the national average of 17.9% as reported by the Office for National Statistics 2018 (NB: no data is currently available for 2019). Andrew Dutton, CEO said: “As a Board, we are united in a non-discriminatory, gender neutral approach. We made a commitment in 2018 to ensure our teams were paid, as a minimum, in line with the Real Living Wage and are pleased to see that this approach has also had a positive impact on our GPG. We will continue, as a business, to appoint the most appropriate person to the job, as we believe this enables our people and our business to perform better.” I confirm that the data provided is accurate and meets the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
