1 अÚयाय - 01 पाठ Đमांक - 01 आधार (फ़ाऊÛडेशन) उप-पाठ Đमांक - 1 रेलवे Ĥशासन (रेलवे एडिमिनèĚेशन) भारतीय रेल एिशया कȧ Ĥथम एवं ǒवƳ कȧ ǑƮतीय बड़ȣ रेलवे Ĥणाली है। भारतीय रेल के Ûġȣय सरकार Ʈारा संचािलत सबसे बड़ा åयवसाियक उƭम है। ǔजसमे करȣब 16 लाख कम[चारȣ काय[रत है। रेलवे बोड[ Ʈारा िनयंǒğत Ǒकया जाता है जो पूण[ ǽप से रेल मंğालय के िनरȣ¢ण एवं पय[वे¢ण के अधीन है। रेल मंğालय मे रेल मंğी ,एवं रेल राÏय मंğी होते है। रेलवे को काय[ ¢मता बढाने के िलए रेलवे बोड[ , ¢ेğीय रेलवे एवं मंडलɉ मे बॉटा गया है। रेलवे बोड[ का उÍच अिधकारȣ,अÚय¢ रेलवे बोड[ ( C.R.B.) है . ǒवƣीय मामले के िलए एक ǒवƣ आयुƠ (F.C) पदèथ है। अÚय¢ रेलवे बोड[ सदèय सदèय सदèय सदèय सदèय ǒवƣ ǒबजली यांǒğक पǐरवहन अिभयांǒğकȧ èटाफ़ आयुƠ इनके अधीन Ĥ×येक ǒवभाग के िलए िनदेशालय काय[ करते है , ǔजसमे - अपर सदèय ǒबजली (A.M.L.) सलाहकार Advisor काय[कारȣ िनदेशक Executive Director िनदेशक Director संयुƠ िनदेशक Joint Director उप-िनदेशक Dy.- Director सहायक ǒवƭुत इंजीिनयर A.E.E. Ĥशासिनक सुǒवधा एवं काय[¢मता को Úयान मɅ रखते हु ए रेलवे को 16 + 1 (मेĚो रेल कोलकाता) ¢ेğो मे ǒवभाǔजत Ǒकया गया है। ǔजसके सवȾÍच Ĥशासिनक अिधकारȣ महा Ĥबंधक होते है , इनके सहयोग के िलए अपर महाĤबंधक एवं वǐरƵ उप-महाĤबंधक होते है। इनके अधीन सभी ǒवभागो के मुÉय अिधकारȣ होते है , जैसे - ǒवƭुत ǒवभाग मे मुÉय ǒवƭुत अिभयंता (C.E.E.) है। इनकȧ मदद के िलए उप-मुÉय अिधकारȣ एवं सहायक अिधकारȣ होते है। इसके अलावा 7 उ×पादन ईकाइयॉ एवं दो मेĚो रेल,रेलवे बोड[ के सीधे Ĥशासिनक िनयंğण मे होते है ǔजसका उÍच अिधकारȣ पद पर महाĤबंधक होते है।
