Introduction

Scholar councils are an organization of parents,

student, and teachers of a school. This is common in

most schools to see or inform things such as events

etc.



Later on I will tell what this has to do with the

project.

This project is going to be collaboration betweentechnology and “asignatura estatal”.

How scholar councils are made?

Scholar councils are made by electing “leaders” in

each grade; this also applies with the parents. These

representatives are going to be the ones who are

going to get all the news or changes.

Each representative is in charge of informing orgiving news to the classroom. The representative is

the only connection between the classroom and the

scholar council.



The representatives are responsible of communicating

the council any demands or opinions of the group, so

it can be discussed in the council.

How are they elected?

Scholar council is elected by chosing a representative.

The classroom has to do its election in order to

choose their representative. It can be elected or

selected if they volunteer.

The class has to participate in order to choose them

in democrat

way.



What are their functions?The purpose of a scholar council is to create a system

in which certain problems or events can be

administrated to solve them or deal with them

properly.



This is done by most schools in order to keep an

organized system in the class and the administrative

part of the school.

What is their purpose in this project?

In this project, scholar councils are going to beintroduced in our school.



What we are going to do is to make a constitution

which is going to specify the requirements and the

rules school council has to live by, also the

specifications and what to do in desired situations,

creating how are they going to be made and what

their responsibilities are going to be.

How are

going to

do it?

We are going to do it by researching how scholar

councils are made and what their usual requirements

are to make a constitution that are modified to be

the best for our school’s school council.



Also taking advice from other school councils to see

what they did to be successful in what situations.

Conclusion

Scholar council is important to deal with some issues

and essential.

That’s why we are making a constitution to know

that the scholar council is going to be approved bythe regulations of the states made in the constitution

of the scholar council.



That way it can work properly to become an

important part of our school’s system being the only

connection between the administration and the

students.
