METHODOLOGYOur Project Management MethodologyEclipsys leverages Oracle’s Unified Methodology (OUM) for project management. OUM provides a collection of best practices for program management, which are organized as a series. of processes or workflows that can be assembled and scaled to achieve various information technology related business objectives. At the same time, Eclipsys recognizes that organizations may have an existing project management methodology in place. Eclipsys can utilize OUM as a standalone framework, in conjunction with an existing framework, or select aspects of OUM to complement an existing framework.
