Once eac associate member ad carried out te $ro$er formalities' Mexico sent it a

As announced at te Barbados meetin%' te !A" on &ort O$erations as #ules of&rocedure' %uidelines' and a $romotional tree*$a%e leaflet' wic serves as aninformation document and an introduction to te !A" on &ort O$erations' tuscontinuin% to serve its initial $ur$ose of attractin% a %reater number of associatemembers and informin% all $ersons involved in $ort o$erations about te !A".

In %eneral' te meetin% will be based on dynamic encounters involvin% bot teoryand $ractice and addressin% all as$ects of $ort o$erations.
