Getting StartedTo access Family Connection, you

Got to the EWHS website. Select “Naviance” under the Site Shortcuts (right side of webpage)

You will need your District Computer Username and Naviance Password:

Logging in to Family Connection1. Got to the EWHS website. Select

“Naviance” under the Site Shortcuts on the right side of the webpage.

2. Enter your District Computer Username provided by your school in the Username field.

3. Your password is the first four letters of your last name followed by your two digit birth month and two digit birth day (ABCD0102)

4. Click the Log In button.5. Get oriented! Review the Home Page

for your school’s welcome message, pages, links and updates.

Explore Colleges1. To learn more about a college you are interested in, Go to the colleges tab.

2. Explore the college search and college explore tab. Choose a college to view and find information about application deadlines, financial aid, majors, degrees and student life. Click on “visit website” to go to the college’s website. Or click on “add to colleges I’m thinking about” to create your own list of colleges which you can view at a later date.

Explore Scholarships1. Explore college resources under the colleges tab. Here you will find links to a number of resources on the topics of Colleges & Careers, Financial Aid, Test Prep, College Athletics and the Military.

2. Explore the scholarships & money section. Click on scholarship list to see a list of scholarships uploaded by the Edmonds School District. The scholarship list is updated regularly. Click on national scholarship search to be connected to the SallieMae scholarship search engine.
