The data set out below covers the period October 2009 to end September 2010 inclusive (the SpecifedPeriod) and has been independently verifed to ensure accuracy. All fgures are based on ABOs in the UK andRepublic o Ireland registered with Amway during the Specifed Period.

All monetary values are in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise denoted. All earnings in Euro values were convertedto Pounds Sterling using the exchange rate applicable or the month the data was extracted.
