Come soar to new heights with the Performing Arts Academy! Learn how to fly using the aerial silks and lyra hoop in this fun, challenging, gravity defying workshop. We will introduce an aerial silk warm up, beginning exercises and poses, and much more! The first 45 minutes we will focus on aerial conditioning and poses, the last 45 minutes will add contemporary choreography with the silks.
