5 do anywhere moves to totally tone your body
1. 20 Pushups
a. on your knees or toes
2. 20 squats or squat jumps
3. 20 tricep dips
4. 20 squat and press
a. do a squat then a shoulder press as you stand up
5. 20 v-ups
a. lay down on the floor with arm stretched out behind you and legs stretched out. Contract your abs and come up to a v-sit position. Hold for a second and then come back to the starting position
Instructions
warm up for 5 minutes
Beginners go through once, Intermediate go through 2x, Advanced go through 3x
