COVID-19 RESONSE AND RECOVERY SERVICES

EXPERTISEIEI understands the importance of maintaining continuity of critical operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team of safety professionals including CIHs, CSPs, CHMMs, and PEs, provide informed processes for conducting employee screening, facility sanitation and remediation services. Orderly and correct procedures protect our clients and our staff from potential infection, and are supported by specific procedures and products to ensure quality and safety.

Employee Screening:• Screening and signage to ensure proper movement of incoming employees

and adequate social distancing while in queues• Privacy per HIPPA requirements including physical screens and distancing• Utilization of questionnaires, informed by sources including CDC and NIH, to

identify risk factors including symptoms of COVID-19, contact with confirmedcoronavirus patients, and recent travel history

• Verification of temperature readings using non-contact thermometers toidentify elevated body temperatures

Fit Testing• Proper usage and fit testing of PPE face masks and respirators safeguards

Sanitation and Disinfection

• Establish QC, Safety and Management procedures per CDC guidance.

• Disinfection activities utilizing applicable methods and EPA-approved disinfectants for SAR-COV-2 for office, fitness centers, restroom, and food service areas, as well as biomedical and research facilities

CLIENTS

HEALTH AND SAFETYSafety and security is always our number one priority at any job site to protect our workers, reduce risk for our clients, and ensure compliance with schedule and budgetary goals. IEI maintains a proven corporate Health and Safety (H&S) Program that promotes awareness of practices/ procedures on our programs. We capture and communicate lessons learned from each project as well as conduct root-cause analyses to minimize recurrence. Our H&S Manager analyzes safety performance on a routine basis to evaluate trends and works with management and H&S committees to modify policies and procedures to support contin-uous improvement. We also develop site-speci�c H&S Plans to assess potential hazards, challenges, and PPE requirements for each project. IEI develops and submits H&S Plans that include HAZCOM, Emergency Response, Accident Prevention Plans, Activity Hazard Analysis, and other job-speci�c safety plans in compliance with EM 385-1-1.

Through standard operating procedures, checklists, redundancies, and review of deliverables and reporting, we are able to identify and correct deficiencies in quality in a timely manner and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Our management team has been trained to review all deliverables and relevant costs with a keen eye toward ensuring that 100% of available resources have been devoted solely to providing the client with the best product at the most favorable cost. IEI will ensure that there will be no opportunity for fraud and waste under the contract, but every opportunity to provide the best service in the most cost-efficient manner possible.
