HEALTH AND SAFETYSafety and security is always our number one priority at any job site to protect our workers, reduce risk for our clients, and ensure compliance with schedule and budgetary goals. IEI maintains a proven corporate Health and Safety (H&S) Program that promotes awareness of practices/ procedures on our programs. We capture and communicate lessons learned from each project as well as conduct root-cause analyses to minimize recurrence. Our H&S Manager analyzes safety performance on a routine basis to evaluate trends and works with management and H&S committees to modify policies and procedures to support contin-uous improvement. We also develop site-speci�c H&S Plans to assess potential hazards, challenges, and PPE requirements for each project. IEI develops and submits H&S Plans that include HAZCOM, Emergency Response, Accident Prevention Plans, Activity Hazard Analysis, and other job-speci�c safety plans in compliance with EM 385-1-1.
