• The “12 points” are based on the 12 Points of the Scout Law—pertaining to the Boy Scouts of America!

• Murray Johns, the owner of 12-Point SignWorks, is an Eagle Scout.

• The logo is compass shaped because the 12 points act as a guide for all of 12-Point SignWorks’ Business practices.

• We strive to be a positive influence within our business relationships and community.

• We want our attitude, demeanor, and practices to always be uplifting and edifying.

Our clients can always expect our best efforts with regard to the big picture, their budget, and our capabilities.

1. Integrity: We are honest in our dealings with others and always strive to be fair in the value of our products and services.

2. Trustworthy: We protect our clients’ information with confidentiality , and we do what we commit to do.

3. Helpful: We go the extra mile to make sure our clients’ experience working with us is both pleasant and constructive.

4. Friendly: We enjoy our client relationships and look forward to seeing our clients smile in each interaction.

5. Courteous: We acknowledge differences of opinion without contention and strive for win/win outcomes.

6. Kind: We live according to the Golden Rule and treat others the way that we want to be treated.

7. Law-Abiding: We help our clients understand zoning ordinances, and we honor the protection of copyrighted material.

8. Cheerful: We uplift those around us and leave them glad to see us rather than glad to see us go!

9. Thrifty: We are careful in our usage of materials and our time to avoid waste and to provide cost-effective services and products.

10. Brave: When persuaded to deviate from these principles, we maintain our position and hold fast.

11. Clean: We do not engage in projects that promote products or services that require proof of age to purchase.

12. Respectful: We acknowledge our clients’ schedules and do not compromise their trust in the quality of our products.
