The 12th edition of CSR Leadership Summit is
themed around building a Resurgent India by
providing a pla�orm for ecosystem level
conversations that focus on social, economic and
environmental impact through innovation and
entrepreneurship.
Post Covid, Entrepreneurship is recognised as an
impo�ant tool for Resurgent India. The Government
of India has set up Sta�up India as a �agship
initiative, intended to build a strong and inclusive
ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship in
India. Thi�y states in India already have sta�-up
promotion policies.
India has a healthy ecosystem of social
entrepreneurs creating impact in complex and
challenging sectors like health, agriculture,
education, energy and climate change. But if India
needs to improve the standard of living of a billion
plus Indians and change the discourse from
Pove�y to Prosperity, it needs to scale up
innovation in development sector to the next level.
The issues which will be brought to the discussion
table include availability of �nancial suppo� for
innovation for solving complex social, economic and
environmental problems which o�en require
translating deep science and technology innovations
into scalable solutions.
