and molybdenum composite solid solution strengthening, vanadium and titanium composite

降低等缺点，因而限制了它的应用。炉外精炼技术（AOD 或 VOD）的应用可使碳、氮等间隙元素大大降低，因此

怎样焊接 12Cr2MoWVTiB 钢管
12Cr2MoWVTiB 钢也叫钢 102。其焊接性能良好，可采用全氩弧焊或氩弧焊打底、电焊盖面的工艺方法进行焊接，
其焊接工艺要点如下：
(1)焊接材料选择。氩弧焊打底时，选用国产 TIG-R34 氩弧焊丝，直径φ 2.5mm。氩气纯度要求在 99.95%以上，
打底层厚度 2.5-3mm。电焊盖面时选用 E5515-B3-VWB 焊条，使用前烘干，温度 350~400℃保温 2h。
(2)焊前预热。102 钢焊前需预热 250 - 300℃，小径管可不预热。
