Brian Whidden CCIM has been in the real estate business since 2004 when he received his Real estate license forTennessee. He has lived in Johnson City for over 25 years. He obtained his Brokers license in 2007.

Prior to real estate Brian worked at the Polk County sheriff’s office in Fla, then after moving to Tennessee hestarted a landscaping company which he owned for 12 years. Went to school at Walter State Community Collegein Morristown and received an A.S. Degree in Horticulture.

Brian specializes in Self Storage and Multifamily brokerage, he received his CCIM designation in 2011. He enjoysgolf, fishing, hunting, camping and has even went skydiving in the summer of 2019, but what he really enjoys ishiking long distances on trails. Has completed over 1200 miles on the Appalachian trail so far and plans to finishthe trail as life allow. Really enjoys challenges in life, physically and mentally. He lives in Johnson City, TN and hasa Blue Lacy dog named Bella.
