Simple approvalThe marinas in Denmark can de-cide for themselves if they want houseboats (up to 4,5 meters tall). The houseboats only need approval through a regular building permit.

Unsinkable174m2 concrete platform with a total weight of 80 tons make the houseboats extremely stable – like a house on land. The platform doesn’t have a hull and is therefore unsin-kable.

114 XL Unique and FamilyZunshine Living 114 also comes in an XL version, which is adapted to an alter-native placement of the houseboat by the quay. The main entrance is moved to the opposite side to make room for a bigger kitchen. The XL version is of-fered in both Unique and Family model.
