Assist the Assistant Shelter Program Manager (Jip Nelissen) with the development of the HoK in three facets;

Design and construction· Support with designing the building for the HoK· Including plan of building process (realization)

Coordination· Ensure that all actors are supporting the concept of the HoK· Document agreements and testimonies for reference

Organizational· Determine a short and long-term strategy/vision/management for the HoK



Speci�c outcomes;

Design and construction

· Site analysis of two sites in Villa Rosa, appointed by the Kazec and community

· Assist in sketch design to �nal design HoK Villa Rosa

· Assist in de�ning Program of Requirements (interior/exterior)

· Assist in setting up HoK

Coordination

· Meetings with concerning actors/stakeholders; Stakeholder analysis (reports)

· Ensure that all actors are supporting the concept of the HoK; presentations

· Assist with signing MoU between concerning stakeholders

· Log of meeting reports of stakeholders

Organizational

· Support actors in management HoK

· Vision HoK (Short and Long-term)

· Write organizational and management plan for HoK (short-long term up to 15 years)
