The is installed on series with the supplying hose and can be connecteddirectly to it or through any other element, as a rotary union or a check-valve.
Manufactured on polyamide, this equipment is weightless, safe and can beacquired on various colors for to distinguish the products and for to provide anattractive and good-looking installation to the customers.

On the transportation and storage operation, some cares must be taken:VP
Transport the VPs inside its boxes, on adequate vehiclesand away from sharpened objects that could damage it.
Don’t place heavy objects over theVPs or over its boxes.

STORAGEThe correct storage is extremely important for to warrant the equipmentintegrity. For the storage of this product, follow rigorously the instructions:
VPs
Store carefully the VPs, protecting it against impacts,sharpened objects and flexion.
Don’t place heavy objects over theVPs,even when packed.
Don’t remove theVPs from its packages until the moment ofits installation.
Take much care when stacking theVPs! Remember that badstacked equipments can slip and to cause personal injuriesor product damages.

INSTALLATION
NECESSARY TOOLS AND MATERIALS
For to install the is necessary the use of the following tools and protectionequipments:
22 and 32 mm spannerScraping gloves
3. Teflon tape4. Cones and isolation tapes5. Explosimeter (for non inert lines)6. 1” x 3/4” male/male reduction (only for installation on 1” hose)7. 1” x 3/4” female/female reduction (only for installation on 1” hose)

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Observe the procedures and safety warnings described onthe installation instructions.

Define the installation place and analyze the available connections. Allthe have only 3/4” threaded connections, so, put 3/4” reductions on allthe points where the available connection is different from 3/4” (male orfemale).
Clean all the threads where the will be coupled and apply Teflon tape forto warrant the stanching of its connections.
Position the in such a way that the passage viewer arrow indicates thefuel flow sense and thread the two sides. Afterwards apply the final torquewith the 22 mm and 32 mm spanners..

!If the installation is made on an operational line, during theservice, isolate the area and monitor the explosion levelwith an explosimeter appropriated for hydrocarbons(fuels). Keep all electrical equipment uncertified foroperation on classified areas away from the place and don’tuse tools of sparking materials.
WARNINGSDefects caused to the equipment due installation errors aren’t covered bythe product warranty.
If some abnormality is detected on the equipment, contact Zeppini beforethe product installation.

VPAfter mounting all the supplying hose components, activate the nozzle andcheck the threads stanching. In case of leakages, make again theconnections paying attention to the Teflon tape and to the adequate threadstorque. If the problem persists, get in contact with Zeppini TechnicalAssistance.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
The operation is summarized on the observation of the liquids passageinside it.
When there is reduction of the fuel flow, check the internal filter and, if necessary,clean it according to the following procedure:
Stop the supplying.
Disconnect the and make first a retrowashing with a water anddetergent solution, after only with water and finally apply compressed air forto dry the internal side.
Reconnect the passage viewer leaving the viewer arrow pointed to the fuelflow sense.
Get back the supplying.

Keep away all electrical or sparking equipment from thesupplying units, mainly when you are going to open it. Don’tuse cellular phones near to the supplying points.
We recommend a quarterly inspection on the equipments.
Never disconnect the VP without interrupting thesupplying. This can cause leakages an risk of fire andexplosion.
