“On or before the regular meeting in May of each year, the Board shall conduct a public hearing to review enrollment data at East Elementary School and Sallie Jones Elementary School and determine whether their attendance zones should be modified to permit residents of the portion of the East Elementary School attendance zone located within the City of Punta Gorda to attend Sallie Jones Elementary School”
